1. I like to get all “girled up,” but any average day you’ll find me with a ponytail, no make-up with the exception of some tinted gloss occasionally, and with flip flops. All that self attention is saved for special occasions.
2. I’ve gone through dancing, singing, writing, scrap-booking, piano playing (don’t put me on any lists, I only took lessons for like 4 months) stamping, card making, drawing, natural toiletry making (bath salts, lotion etc), shoes, nails, and hair, as hobbies, and the only things that really stick are motherhood (good thing 😉 ) and Photography, and even that has it’s phases.
3. I have a passion for old stuff. I love almost anything that seems like it could be found in an old country farmhouse.
4. I’m the only girl in my line since my Mama. I’m the oldest of 5, all my siblings are brothers, and I have three sons and no daughters. My Dad teases that the Lord gave him as few women in his life as possible, one mother, one sister, one wife (duh!), and one Daughter because only we would/should be able to deal with him. LOL! I can’t help but wonder if it’s cause no women other than my Mother should have to deal with me.
5. My husband worries a lot about me. I sigh a lot more than usual, and I get frustrated easily, but I don’t think I’m depressed. I actually feel like I’m doing pretty well emotionally, I just sigh a lot, it’s an emotional release I suppose.
6. I secretly hoard all my best photo’s so that my Mom can’t have them… Just kidding Mom. I’m just really slow, and bad at getting photo’s back to people sometimes, you just gotta keep bugging me I guess. If I think a photo is really bad I just delete it regardless of what others may think. I also don’t mind sharing a photo I don’t feel is great if I like something about it.
