Finally, Lake Texana Pictures

I've finally gone through them and got them ready!  Yay!  I had them ready since Thursday (so if you've seen these on facebook, sorry for the repeat), but was waiting on Kevin to have some free time he was willing to donate to my cause since I keep forgetting how to publish photo's by myself, maybe I should have Kevin write me a tutorial, LOL! It’s always fun When Grandpa Comes,

When Grandpa comes, hooray! Grandpa spent lots of time with the boys and read them several books.  I think they really enjoyed having him here. Hahaha, looking back over these photo's, I think either I've just resigned to the chaos, or my memory tricks me into thinking things were more calm than they were... Grandpa reading to Mike and Joe. Hi Mommy!!! The closest I got to a group picture of all the boys and their grandpa together. Well, one of the closest... At least Joey was listening. Well, and Aiden, but only on his terms. And Michael decided to read on his own. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for the new books!!!!

Grandpa’s Here!!!

Kevin's Dad is here on business, and we're so glad to see him!  We went out to dinner with him lastnight and that was pretty fun.  He's coming over to our home tonight and then heading home after a few days on the road hopping about the country. Michael's currently waiting by his window with the curtain drawn.  I asked him what he was doing and he said he's "waiting for Grandpa." :)  I think the boys are loving seeing him for a little bit. I Was Nuzzled by a Deer

We're back from our first real camping trip with children.  It was REALLY fun!  We're so glad we went, and look forwards to many more mini trips.  The boys did amazingly well. Yes, that's right, we went camping on purpose, in the middle of July, in the South...   ...and survived.  It actually felt wonderful. We went to Lake Texana in Edna, Texas. Friday night we headed down and got there just at sunset, we rushed to set up camp in the setting sun and I took the boys around the camp site in an attempt to set up firm boundaries.  Kevin had to make a store run because between us we'd somehow forgotten to get cash to pay for our spot.  Kevin took Aiden, and Michael, Joey and I stayed…

Moody Gardens

As I previously mentioned, last Saturday we went to Moody Gardens in Galveston Texas. On the way back to the car I ran a race with Michael... He was telling Aiden, who was sitting in the front of the double stroller, that he was gonna beat him, I couldn't have any of that, so off I flew, hahaha! So I manged to get my fully loaded double stroller (and I don't mean super nice, just loaded down with peeps and stuff), myself and my saggy pants to the end of the grass (about 50 yards) before Michael, LOL! Could I Be A J. Lo Girl?

I've got to catch up now!  LOL! So, there's this little discount perfume shop, Perfumania, at a little factory outlet mall on the way to Galveston, and it had these great deep discounts on perfume.  I mean I could go in there and spend $30 and come out with five unique nice scents, some designer, some just simple, perhaps a gift or two, something for Kevin, or some teeny ones for my grab and go bag (even though I don't travel very much).  Any special occasion is more special to me with a new scent... As most don't know, I'm a perfume addict.  I have an array of unique scents.  I don't always wear them, but I like to have some yummy choices to match my moods.  I have everything…

OK, there are a million reason that my hubby's the best (for me, sorry girls!), he gets up in the night to go get the baby, or to switch places with me when I still want Joey safe between us but I need to switch nursing to the other side, he pics me up when I get too tired to move anymore, and helps me keep on going. And not the good kind.  Let a three year old have a crayon, and what do you have?  At least it's cute...  He's finally hit the trying to write letters stage.  I can't find my last magic eraser, it must have been tossed...  Add that to the shopping list. SOOC After some tweeking for visability. AND AHHHHH!  My photo program crashed, this is NOT what I need right now!  Whaaaa!  I have my photo's backed up, but have put in 50+ hours on them since...  I'm so glad I have a geek for a husband, lets see if I can get it under control before I have to call him, I think I can...  Sigh. Zoo etc.

We went to the zoo on Friday to kill some time while Kevin was at work.  It was hot, but hey, it's late June in the South, LOL!
