I noticed something cool today. Kevin went to his hobby class, for those models he's painting, and there's a game that you play with them. It's all a bit above my head, but that's OK, I'm not really into that kind of thing. But, I realized that we have 4 guys in our family. We may have an odd number of kids, however chances are if the younger ones are like the older ones, and that's the trend so far, they'll have a GREAT time playing games built for even numbers. A lot of board games are built for even numbers, and a lot of computer or console games are built for even numbers, this is PERFECT for us. Ugh.  Michael.  My sweet little helper.  He dumped a carton of milk on a girls head in school.  To make the situation worse, his teacher, his awesome, kind, understanding, patient teacher, was out today.  So the whole class was tormenting a substitute, and my son decided to up the ante...  So he's suspended for the rest of the day, and all of the fun I was hoping for to make a more relaxing weekend is now out. :( And Joey's upset.  Hopefully I'll have better news later today.

7:30!?!?! PM that is! I went to bed before the big boys... I lay down with Joey to nurse him as Kevin got the boys routines going for bed and next thing I knew it was 9 and he was checking in on me to make sure I was OK. I rolled over to get up, and Joey was hungry again, so I switched places with him in bed and nursed on the other side. Again, Kevin came in to check on me at 10, and I intended to get up, but after changing Joey, I crashed again! Then Kevin came to bed at 11:30, I nursed Joey and didn't see a point in getting up again. I almost got up at 5:30, but again managed to fall asleep again.…

Kevin was supposed to have today and tomorrow off to help me adjust cause I was feeling like I needed a little more help here in the beginning with Joey and re-adjusting. Welllll...  One of the servers crashed this weekend and he's the only one who knows what to do with it.  So lastnight he went in to see if he could get it shaped up so that he could still stay home today.  Long story short, it's stubborn, and he needed to go in today to be there when the company that they bought the server and service from, sends out a specialist to try and fix it.  It's a good thing he's in today too cause there have been several other "the world is going to fall apart"…

Today is Super Bowl XLII or some odd number or other. It starts at 5. I was going to make some yummy foods for it, but never made it to the store yesterday... We're DVRing it (like TeVo) so that we can watch the adds later. I'm assuming we'll watch the first 20 minutes or so then the boys will get rowdy and we'll find something more family oriented to do. Then Kevin and I can just watch the highlights and the funny commercials whenever we get to it. We have no vested interest whatsoever in who's playing or who wins, but it's still fun to watch... Lastnight the sickness finally took me down. I had the whole fever so bad I thought it was freezing when the room temperature…

I've finally got the cold that's been going around the crew, and Joey's fussier than usual and has kinda a stuffy nose, otherwise he's doing fine, Heaven willing. He actually slept quite a bit today and I've had to wake him for feedings, but this comes after a night of fussing from 1:30 AM straight through 6:30 AM... Needless to say I'm exhausted even after a cat nap this afternoon... I'm so glad it's the weekend. Happy birthday to my Brother Jason, he turned 24 today.
