So this past weekend I got a minivan! Yippee! I have freedom! It’s a 07′ navy, 7 seater with bench seats (I don’t think I’ll tell the make and model here right now), it’s still under warranty, so that’s good. 🙂 It drives a lot like the Toyota Sienna we rented last fall, so I was thrilled when I got behind the wheel. We got a great deal on it, and it should be a great family vehicle for a good long time.
No more begging other to go get Michael, and no more “I can’t go anywhere cause I can’t get there without mooching.” Also once we get our own place again (hopefully soon!) I will be much more mobile, and not reliant on Kevin, and not having to tote him around so that I can pick up Michael… Those who have been readers of my blog for a long time will remember what a problem that was with Aiden being so strong of a personality and DAILY struggles with getting him to and from the car safely, I just couldn’t get through to him about the dangers of the street and leaving my presence. Rough days, but now distant memories. I know this thing doesn’t make “everything all better” but it will help a lot! Yippee!!!
It’s so nice to have a larger vehicle and the flexibility of having two cars is nice too. Have fun with the newER vehicle! And good luck with finding a place of your own.
I can’t find your email anywhere … question … I had a photo session booked for Tayge’s first birthday with a photographer that has taken all his pictures since he was born and she increased her prices from $200 to $600. Not even kidding. I WAY can’t afford that … by chance would you be available. Send me an email and I’ll let you know exactly what we are looking for.

Got your email though now I can’t find it … so crazy busy, I can’t keep anything straight. We would like to invite your family to Tayge’s birthday party. I remember those BYU years when we had only one car…Wes would watch the kids on Saturdays while I ran around like a crazy woman trying to cram all my errands into one afternoon.
I’ve been feeling the lack of car lately…with granddaughters here for the week and only one car, I’m getting a little cabin fever!
