So we’ve got a lot going on this week and I’m not feeling very excited about it. Joey didn’t sleep very well the last two night, especially not Saturday night… I had a migraine lastnight so I could harldy function through the early morning feedings, so Kevin was up with Joey for a good time.
Today he has an ultrasound at Texas Children’s Hospital to check on his spine. He has a dimple at his tail bone, and after the doctor examined it she wasn’t totally convinced that his spine is completely closed. Given my history of Spina Bifida Ocolta (I have an extra vertebra that’s only partially closed), they want to get a good look to make sure his little back is healthy.
Aiden has been having some trouble with bloody noses, yuck, a pretty bad one lastnight and a more mild one this morning.
And the alarm didn’t go off for some reason this morning. So Kevin woke up a few minutes after we were all supposed to leave… So he jumped up, got Michael ready, wrote him a late note, and left. Hopefully he’ll bring the car home in time for me to head to Joey’s Ultrasound and that’ll be over in time to go get Michael in time. A lot of rushing today…
I need to go try and call back the doctors office again, it was busy a few minutes ago.
