It was so much fun to spend time with everyone. We had chicken salad sandwiches and and a chocolate fountain brought by Susannah O. with angel food cake. Mmmm!

We received lots diapers and wipes and some lotion and soap, and even a hat and outfit.

Hey I just got your comment. A diaper shower? What exactly is a daiper shower? Sounds fun though!! And um, your food looked amazing. It made me hungry.
Yeah I would be so sad if I couldn’t sleep in the bed with Will – it seems like since he works all day and we only have a few hours awake together in the evening, if I didn’t at least get to snuggle up next to him when we slept I would be sad. Plus I’m majorly scared to sleep alone. I was SO glad when I got married so I didn’t have to be scared anymore. Haha.

Jennifer, yeah I understand about not wanting to sleep alone, I only did it in the day time (Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons mostly) or when I was having a really rough night, to the point Kevin wouldn’t be able to sleep cause I was tossing and turning so much, he’d go to the couch.
I requested “no gifts since this is my third, but diapers or wipes are appreciated.” Some people call them diaper showers. It was really just more important to me to see and get to know people than have them worry about gifts. People where still very generous, and I think almost everyone brought food (some of it was brought after that pic was taken).
It was very nice to see everyone, and that’s what was really the most important. 🙂
I really did nothing except offer my house as a staging ground. I am glad you had a great time. I loved having everyone over & Cameron loved seeing all the people. We should definately get together again sometime sooner rather than later.
