I Was Nuzzled by a Deer

We're back from our first real camping trip with children.  It was REALLY fun!  We're so glad we went, and look forwards to many more mini trips.  The boys did amazingly well. Yes, that's right, we went camping on purpose, in the middle of July, in the South...   ...and survived.  It actually felt wonderful. We went to Lake Texana in Edna, Texas. Friday night we headed down and got there just at sunset, we rushed to set up camp in the setting sun and I took the boys around the camp site in an attempt to set up firm boundaries.  Kevin had to make a store run because between us we'd somehow forgotten to get cash to pay for our spot.  Kevin took Aiden, and Michael, Joey and I stayed…

OK, I don't think of my self as all that trendy or cutting edge.  I'm a geeks wife, but I'm not pushing any boundaries, I'm just taking this information or technology highway at my own pace.  After all I didn't start my own real blog until just this last December.  By then most bloggers I knew had been doing it for quite some time... Seeing ORANGE!

So...  Joey had his first carrots Tuesday, the night before last, and it was also the first time he's eaten a whole jar in one sitting.  So yeah...  Anyone's who's ever started a baby on solids will know what I mean, everyone else, enjoy your oblivion.  LOL! Moody Gardens

As I previously mentioned, last Saturday we went to Moody Gardens in Galveston Texas. On the way back to the car I ran a race with Michael... He was telling Aiden, who was sitting in the front of the double stroller, that he was gonna beat him, I couldn't have any of that, so off I flew, hahaha! So I manged to get my fully loaded double stroller (and I don't mean super nice, just loaded down with peeps and stuff), myself and my saggy pants to the end of the grass (about 50 yards) before Michael, LOL! Could I Be A J. Lo Girl?

I've got to catch up now!  LOL! So, there's this little discount perfume shop, Perfumania, at a little factory outlet mall on the way to Galveston, and it had these great deep discounts on perfume.  I mean I could go in there and spend $30 and come out with five unique nice scents, some designer, some just simple, perhaps a gift or two, something for Kevin, or some teeny ones for my grab and go bag (even though I don't travel very much).  Any special occasion is more special to me with a new scent... As most don't know, I'm a perfume addict.  I have an array of unique scents.  I don't always wear them, but I like to have some yummy choices to match my moods.  I have everything…

OK, there are a million reason that my hubby's the best (for me, sorry girls!), he gets up in the night to go get the baby, or to switch places with me when I still want Joey safe between us but I need to switch nursing to the other side, he pics me up when I get too tired to move anymore, and helps me keep on going. And not the good kind.  Let a three year old have a crayon, and what do you have?  At least it's cute...  He's finally hit the trying to write letters stage.  I can't find my last magic eraser, it must have been tossed...  Add that to the shopping list. SOOC After some tweeking for visability. AND AHHHHH!  My photo program crashed, this is NOT what I need right now!  Whaaaa!  I have my photo's backed up, but have put in 50+ hours on them since...  I'm so glad I have a geek for a husband, lets see if I can get it under control before I have to call him, I think I can...  Sigh. No Fireworks

For some reason there were none.  Oh well... Despite my grouchiness yesterday Kevin convinced me to go with the family to Moody Gardens.  I got a lot of photo's but right now I'm working on someone elses pictures that I have a deadline for...
